The training room offers excellent cardio equipment and an extensive range of weight training equipment. The centre includes machine weights, a free weights area (Olympic weights, barbells, dumbbells), cardio equipment,(cycles, steppers, rowers, x-trainers and treadmills), Swiss balls and a stretching area.

Aquatic pool:

25m Heated Pool

The 25m pool is available daily for lane swimming. Located in its own pool hall, the pool provides a tranquil environment for the competitive swimmer and fitness training.
