On a recent holiday in the South Island we discovered the 'Pole People'. Fascinated by these creatures we decided we had to have our own and 'The Graduate' was a natural choice for Harringtons Motor Lodge as many of our guests have achieved their degrees.
Massey Capping week has seen much fun with many graduating guests having their photos taken beside 'The Graduate' with one guest kindly donating him his balloon.
We think he looks quite grand...... his cloak and red cape is made from old wirewove bed spring.
