Harringtons Motor Lodge Motel Policies
CHECK IN time is between 2pm - 9pm. Please contact us if you wish to check-in after 9pm and we will make arrangements to leave you a key.
CHECK OUT time is prior to 10am.
CANCELLATIONS made SEVEN DAYS prior to mid-day of your scheduled arrival date will incur no penalty. If cancelled within this period all accommodation may be charged to credit card details supplied (or invoiced), and any deposits made are non refundable. Should you fail to show prior to 10am the day following your scheduled arrival date your reservation will be treated as a late cancellation and all accommodation may be charged. Cancellations without penalty extends to two weeks at peak periods. The number of persons the accommodation is reserved for is the minimum number you may be charged for.
CHANGES IN RESERVATION TERM: Any alteration of dates may result in changes to the quoted tariff rate and/or may be declined by Management and will constitute a cancellation on your part. On arrival or once you have checked in, should you advise us that you are departing ealier than your scheduled departure all accommodation may be charged.
SMOKING: Our motel units ARE ALL SMOKE FREE. If we find on your departure that you have been smoking in the unit and specialist cleaning is required, any resulting costs will be charged to you.
PETS: While we love animals, sorry your pets are not permitted in our motel units or grounds.
Should you arrive with your pet your reservation will be declined.
TARIFFS: All rates listed on our Booking Site are Non Commissionable and apply to bookings made on this site only. Rates are subject to change and include GST. Seasonal/Peak and Minimum stay/rates may apply.
Group Reservations if booked online will be declined. Please contact us if you wish to reserve more than ONE unit for any given period.
We are legally not permitted to accept reservations for persons under the age of 18. Should you have a reservation and are under 18 you will be requested to leave.
The above policies are approved by M.A.N.Z. (Motel Association of New Zealand).
